What is sent during analysis

When you submit an analysis, SavedYet sends the selected product photo and related text you entered to our analysis service, which then uses a model service to generate a report. Photos are resized and compressed before upload. Please do not submit identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive materials.

Where is data stored

Product photos and analysis reports on the server are retained for 7 days and then periodically deleted. History snapshots, the savings ledger, and cached data on your device are stored in the app's local storage and are not uploaded as a savings ledger. Accounts and cross-device sync are not currently available.

Anyone with the report link can view the report and associated images during its validity period. Share with care. Deleting local records removes only the local snapshot and associated savings amount; it does not immediately delete server copies. Uninstalling the app erases local data.

How permissions are used

The camera is used only when you choose to take a photo. Photos are selected using the system photo picker. Saving a share image requests the relevant photo permission. The Android home screen widget reads only the savings amount stored locally by the app and provides a way to open the app; it does not collect home screen content.

Official website and downloads

The official website's static files and Android installation package are distributed through Cloudflare R2. The website has no registration forms, ad tracking, or third-party analytics scripts. Network services may log routine access data, such as request times and IP addresses, for operation and security troubleshooting.

Region and currency

The default region is determined using a local IP country or region database on the server. No location permission is requested, no precise address is accessed, and the IP address is not sent to external location services. Manually selected regions are saved on this device. IP-based detection may be affected by a proxy or VPN; you can switch regions manually at any time.

Reference exchange rate

Exchange rates come from public central bank reference data and are updated daily. They may differ from actual transaction rates. Data older than 7 days is not used for conversion. Exchange rate queries send only currency codes—not photos, ledgers, or amounts. Frankfurter
